Fill up on positive mindset — Be aware of what your thoughts are in the day to decide where to direct the mind — Where-ever you are, you can think loving and kind thoughts of appreciation for others — Giving time or talent to another brings joy — Forgiveness and gratitude are sisters that bring peace — Having fun is important. So is putting your feet up and getting regular sleep — Move a little every day to keep your body feeling good — Kindness matters — As you count your blessings this holiday season, count yourself first — You are a treasure.
